• How long until I receive my tent?

  In-stock models ship in 5–10 business days within Quebec. Special orders (large structures) can take 4–8 weeks. We confirm the exact lead time at order.

• Do you deliver across Quebec?

  Yes — we deliver anywhere in Canada. Delivery is included in Montreal and Laval. For other regions, shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

• Do you offer installation?

  Pop-Up tents are designed for easy DIY setup in minutes. For Pole, Marquee and Structure tents, professional installation is offered as an option and strongly recommended.

• How does payment work?

  Full payment is required at order for all tents for sale. Secure online payment via Stripe (credit cards) or Interac e-Transfer.
